Christine McNulty Buckley DNP, MBA, RN, CPHQ, NEA-BC, Caritas Coach®
After many years in clinical practice, nursing leadership and education, Christine was struck by the significant stress evident among healthcare teams and shifted her focus to exploring mindfulness as a tool to cultivate resiliency and mitigate burnout.
This work has become her passion and for over 10 years, she has focused on practicing, researching, and teaching mindfulness. In her current role at Endicott College, she focuses on integrating mindfulness and resiliency training into the formal education of nursing students.
In addition, Christine continues to offer a variety of Mindful Wellbeing & Resiliency programs in both the academic and clinical settings, and teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at the Center for Mindfulness at U Mass Memorial Health Center, as well as Koru Mindfulness. She also offers both individual and group Mindfulness Based Wellness Coaching to foster the creation of a sustainable, personalized pathway for mindfulness and wellbeing.

Mindfulness Based Wellness Coaching is collaborative process. There are no special skills or training needed to begin, however it does require openness to engage in the process of self-discovery, patience and persistence. Your unique experiences, strengths, and interests will shape our work together to achieve your personalized wellness goals.

I am focused, intuitive, collaborative, encouraging, direct, and compassionate. I enjoy working with my coaching clients to help them identify their most important wellness goals and create pathways to enjoy short-term success, then achieve sustainable, ongoing progress. Encouraging clients to mindfully notice challenges that inevitably emerge or patterns, while learning to adapt & adjust along the path is a key for practical, lifelong wellness. I have found that learning to pave the way with kindness and compassion for self is an essential ingredient to truly achieve lifelong wellness.

All coaching sessions are conducted using Zoom. It is helpful if we can connect using the video, whenever possible. I also encourage clients to intentionally carve out this time from your busy schedule and ensure conducting the session in a private spot, with a good Wi Fi connection.
